Mr. Peluso joined Urban Investment Research Corporation in 1996 as a principal and president of their real estate division. 

Since the beginning, Dave’s primary focus has been the purchase and leasing of Urban Investment Research Corporation’s real estate portfolio.  In addition, Mr. Peluso does all leasing for UIRC’s third-party clients.
